We are happy to announce that, based on feedback from many of you, we have opened up the Job Board feature (https://www.iimalumni.sg/jobs.dz) , on the PIIMA website (https://www.iimalumni.sg/).
In order to access the Job Board, you must be registered on the PIIMA website. If you haven’t already done so please do so ASAP to not only access the Job Board but for many other features we are rolling out for the alumni community. The registration link is: https://www.iimalumni.sg/user/signup.dz
The purpose of the Job Board is to facilitate networking between our alumni community for alumni recruiters and alumni job seekers/ referrers. Accordingly, the Job Board includes features like posting of jobs, applying for jobs as well as referring a friend or telling a friend. This Link provides an overview of how the platform works.
We would like to clarify a few important points regarding the Job Board:
1.Recruiters must comply with all MOM regulations and local guidelines before posting jobs. Please read this carefully at https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/fair-consideration-framework https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/fair-consideration-framework (eg. Advertising of jobs on the MyCareersFuture.sg portal etc.) PIIMA does not undertake any responsibility for non-compliance.
2.PIIMA receives no fees or consideration for jobs posted and filled via Job Board.
