Over 1,200 business leaders are expected to attend the Global IIM Alumni Conclave to be held in Singapore on April 8 and 9.

Among the speakers will be spiritual leader Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev, Star India CEO Uday Shankar, Tata Group brand custodian Mukund Rajan and serial entrepreneur Ronnie Screwvala.

The theme for IIMPACT 2016, the third edition of the conclave, is ‘RE’: a bold new approach to address how individuals can re-invent themselves by re-imagining the future; around their circles of life, work and social impact.

Startups from Singapore, India, and US will showcase smart living, smart mobility, smart work-place, smart money, and smart care possibilities built on virtual and augmented reality, robotics, 3D printing, artificial intelligence, video analytics, and internet-of-things.

Large presence

Topics to be discussed will include re-imagining India, re-imagining Singapore: India’s economic possibilities; re-inventing the future of money; re-inventing myself, and re-imagining entertainment.

PIIMA President Sanjiv Aiyar said, “Singapore is home to more than 1,800 IIM alumni; perhaps our largest single city presence outside India. IIMPACT is a made-in-Singapore platform and we plan to evolve this into a global franchise. We see ourselves as an economic bridge between India and the rest of the world: through Singapore.”
